There is a common misconception that yoga is for athletic, flexible people.

Yoga is for Every Body. No matter what your shape, age, ability, or gender is, as long as you’re relatively healthy (approved by your doctor), you can practice yoga.

There are many types of yoga and also every teacher has their own unique style. You may not always find the one that works for you right away. Just try a different class or a different teacher. There are plenty to choose from.

I love teaching gentle Hatha yoga which promotes balance between your yin (passive, cooling) and yang (dynamic, warming) energies and helps you gain strength and flexibility and improve your physical and emotional health.

Join me during in-person classes in the Atlanta, GA area or online. I’m available for individual, group, or corporate classes and my schedule is flexible!

I am all about a holistic approach that’s why I love doing workshops.

Combining multiple enriching activities into one event can be magical! It’s a great bonding experience where you can learn more about yourself or gain new skills.

My current workshops include yoga, meditation, mindset reset, journaling, jewelry making, art, and more.

MEDITATION

Mindfulness and meditation are often underrated in today’s society.

The amazing brain-altering positive effects are only now starting to be scientifically proven.

It is my personal belief that every human should try to meditate.

That’s why there should be easy access to it.
